Change a plan, suspend, or reactivate

Manage a tenant's plan tier and its active/suspended lifecycle.

These actions are performed from a tenant's detail view in Organizations. All of them are recorded in the audit log.

Change a plan tier

Open the tenant at Organizations → (select organization).
Use the plan menu in the header to choose bot_only, policy_hub, or full.
Confirm. The new tier takes effect immediately.

Changing the tier changes both feature access and the monthly run cap:

PlanAdvisorPolicy HubRun cap
bot_onlyGlobal playbook only500
policy_hubOrg + global2,000
fullOrg + global10,000

Downgrading to bot_only removes the Policy Hub from the tenant's workspace and narrows the advisor to the global playbook. The organization's documents remain indexed and are restored if you upgrade again.

Suspend a tenant

Suspending sets the organization's suspendedAt and blocks its users from the workspace.

Open the tenant detail view.
Use the suspend control in the header (or the per-row action in the directory).

The tenant immediately appears with a suspended status and its members are denied workspace access on their next request.

Reactivate a tenant

Reactivating clears suspendedAt and restores access.

Filter the directory by suspended, or open the tenant directly.
Use the reactivate control.

Verify

After any of these, confirm the change in the tenant's status/plan badges and check that the action landed in the audit log with you as the actor.
