Getting Started

Signing In

How to log in and complete onboarding on the Nia LP Reporting Platform.

Receiving your invitation

Access to the platform is by invitation only — there is no self-serve signup. The Nia team sends an invitation email when your account is ready. Accepting it creates your account and puts you into your fund's workspace.

Ways to sign in

Sign-in link (recommended)

Click the link in your invitation or sign-in email and you are signed in immediately — no password required. Links expire after a short time; request a fresh one from the sign-in page if yours has expired.

Email and password

If you prefer a persistent password, use the email and password option on the sign-in screen. You can set or change your password from your account settings after your first sign-in.

First-time onboarding

After your first sign-in you may be guided through a short one-time set-up confirming your organisation. It takes a couple of minutes and only appears once.

Switching between funds

If your account has access to more than one fund, the current fund's name appears at the top of the navigation sidebar. Click it to switch.

If your account belongs to more than one fund, make sure the right one is active before uploading anything. Some actions — template parsing in particular — will refuse rather than guess which fund should be charged and which data should be touched.
